XCOM 2 Announced
2K Games and Firaxis Games has issued a press release on Monday June 1, 2015 that XCOM 2 is now in development for Windows based PC's, and is slated for release in November of 2015. The developer, Firaxis Games gave us a bit of info as to what to expect with this new sequel. The game takes place twenty years into the future following the events of XCOM Enemy Unknown and the dlc XCOM Enemy Within. It seems that humanity lost the war against the aliens, and a new world order has been established. The organization known as XCOM must take back control from the aliens.
